Description : Only few steps from the city centre, ”Soggiorno Madrid” is a real confortable B&B. It is located near the main railway-station of Florence (Firenze SMN), Congress and Expo Centers, Fortezza da Basso and Stazione Leopolda, are also nearby. The main historical and artistic monuments of Florence can be reached very easily on foot or by bus. The following rooms are available: -Double room (one double bed) -Twin room (two single beds) -Three-people bed-room (one double bed + a single one or three single beds) For a child less than 5 years old, a child bed is available free of charge. All rooms are well-furnished, with private bathroom, air condition, TV, telephone, PC-connection, electric kettle for coffee and tea. All bathrooms are provided with flush lavatory, shower, hair drayer and towels. Daily cleaning. At check-in all guests will receive their own keys to get in and out any time. The rates include: -taxes and services -breakfast, available in the room (only during high season) -free charge Internet point -reservations for museums -reservations for Florence city tours, for excursions to Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano, Lucca and Chianti (organized by CAF tour and travel) -city map at check-in. -iron if required. Small domestic animals are welcome if announced in advance. We don’t have any parking area, but to our Guests, we recommend one of following posibilities: - a private garage (about Euro 25,00 per night) - parking in the street (Monday to Saturday, from 08:00 a.m. to 08:00 p.m. Euro 0,50 / 1,00 per hour, Sunday and Bank holidays are free of charge). Check-in: from 01:00 pm to 08:00 pm Check-out: not later than 10:30 a.m. Our reception service is regulary open from 08:00 a.m. until 08:00 p.m. If your arriving time will be between 08:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m., please inform us as soon as possible by e-mail or by phone. Your credit card won’t be charged at the moment of your reservation, it’s just for guaranteed booking. All cancellations must be done at least 72 hours in advance beginning arrival day, 01:00 p.m. to avoid the penality of the rate for one night. WE ADVISE OUR CUSTOMERS THAT THE CREDIT CARD THAT WE RECEIVE AS GUARANTEE OF RESERVATION, HAS TO BE VALID. IF NOT, THE RESERVATION IS ATOMATICALLY CANCELLED AND THE DEPOSIT WILL BE LOST.
