Description : Our B&B Caterina House is in a marvellous spot in Venice, only 10 minutes from the train station and 15 minutes from Piazzale Roma. Our B&B is very convenient if you consider the price in Venice. B&B Caterina House offers two Bedrooms and two shower room. Please note: Pay on arrival in cash only. We do not have Reception. Check-in time:only from 12:00 - 22.00, but you can leave your languages for Check in, Arrival early or Departure late. Check-out time: until 11.00 From the train station Santa Lucia: Exit from the train station and turn left, go straight on Rio Terà/Lista di Spagna. You will find on your right-hand side the Scalzi bridge.When you arrive in Campo San Geremia take your left and you’ll find the Guglie Bridge. After passing over the bridge take the left street and when you see the farmacy Turn right passing under the ‘Sottoportego’ Ghetto Vecchio (a wood arch). Pass over the bridge and take the left had side to Campo Del Ghetto Novo and pass over the iron bridge. After the bridge turn left and walk along the canal across a small bridge the first street on your right is calle del MAGAZZEN B&B Caterina House is at number 3128. ***ATTENTION*** All booking with the arrival after the 24th August included, Will have to pay the new City tax, 1.50 Euro per person per night 0-9 years no tax, from 10 to 16 years 1.05 Euro. Please pay when you check-in.
