Description : Elegant and modern structure built in 1995 and restructured in March 2008, assures its guests a comfortable and refined stay. All rooms, in colors and atmospheres, are inspired to the Mediterranee essences and cultures that have left the mark of their passage through the land of Sardinia. Each room is equipped with all comforts: private bathroom, air conditioning, heating, TV, Internet connection, refrigerator and indipendent entrance. The restructuring was made in order to maximize the space and ensure guests maximum comfort and confidentiality. The interior has been furnished with simplicity, good taste and articles that tell the 'tradition of the island'and its past. The guests, no more than 6, feel at home, make breakfast together in the breakfast room or, during the summer, in the balcony of the house. Breakfast, served from 8.30 to 9.30, is typically Italian. It consists of milk, coffee, tea, biscuits, croissants, nutella, butter, yougurt, fruit juices, bread daily, seasonal fruits and not just… Elia's aims as a point of reference for anyone who goes into town for work or pleasure and it is located in a strategic position for excursions into the history and nature too. Accessible from the airport in fifteen minutes, the structure is located halfway between the city centre and beautiful beaches Poetto, Calamosca and Sant'Elia. At ten minute walking from the Fair Market Sardinia and 5 to San'Elia Stadium. The guests who go to the city center or to the beaches will find in the structure the bicycles, included in the price of the room. Services: CLEANING: Daily rooms and bathrooms from 9.30 hours to 11.00 hours. PRIVATE PARKING: The resort has n.02 private parking of cars in the courtyard. BICYCLES: The use of bicycles is included in the rental price of the room. Near the structure there is the local civic market and provided a supermarket. Children up to 3 years free, from 3 to 6 years with extra bed 50%. ELIA'S B & B is open 24 hours, you will receive your key in order to be independent and free to return at a desired time. Rules: the building is equipped with a regulation.
