Description : The Hotel Alba Milan, a new building, is different from all other one star hotels in Milan. The hotel is easily reachable both from Milan Central Railway Station (Piazza Duca d´Aosta) and from Lambrate Railway Station (Piazza Bottini) thanks to public transport: bus number 81 and underground green line number 2. Hotel Alba is a very good solution for who wants to reach easily all of Milan: the city centre: from Piazza Duomo to Vittorio Emanuele Gallery, through the Haute Couture streets; Exhibition Centre of Milan: both the new exhibition pole situated in Rho-Pero (FieraMilano) and the detachment situated in the city (FieraMilanoCity). Hotel Alba is also very near to the most important hospital of the city (San Raffaele - Centro Tumori Besta - Clinica Santa Rita). We offer special conditions to all guests that come to make examinations in these specialized structures. The same service is reserved to students who search a cheap accommodation in order to attend courses at the Milan Polytechnic or at the Public University in Piazza Leonardo da Vinci. Our rooms have all classic and functional light wooden furniture, with shower and wash basin, telephone and TV. Public bathrooms are situated into the corridor. Other important things to know At Hotel Alba check-in is possible until midnight ('24:00' in 24 hour clock). The rooms are not free until 12:00 AM. Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. PLEASE NOTE: American Express Card NOT accepted, deposit will NOT be refunded. CANCELLATION POLICY Your credit card will be charged if you do not give us a 240 hours notice (10 days) of cancellation. The amount charged will be equivalent to the amount of the first night´s reservation. The credit card will be charged in the event of a NO SHOW. - - - Special conditions for the following high season periods: - 4-8 March 2012 - 17-22 April 2012 - 16-19 September 2012 Bookings for the periods above will have the total amount charged in advance. This amount will be considered as not refundable, even in the event of a booking change, cancellation or no show.
